Terms of Use ← PlainTube

PlainTube is free, open-source software. These terms are short because there isn't much to say.

Use it freely

PlainTube is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. The source code is released under the AGPL-3.0 license — you're free to run, study, and modify it.

YouTube's rules apply

PlainTube is built on the YouTube Data API. By using PlainTube, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Don't use PlainTube in ways that would violate those terms.

No warranty

PlainTube is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. The service may change or shut down at any time.

Your data

You own your data. Since we don't store any of it, there's nothing to delete or export on our end. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
